The improved decoding performance in 14 is pretty noticeable. What I found interesting are the instances like '4 TNR - 18/21' where the frame rate increases when the playback speed isn't limited to 24 fps, even though the system can't achieve 24.
No you get these by setting the project playback framerate to 999 so it is not top limited artificially. You always measure in color pageI'm assuming the faster than 24fps readings of this test are in the delivery page?
